The Apartment
The apartment is located in one of the most prestigious buildings in the city overlooking the Tiber River, just a short walk from Piazza del Popolo and Villa Borghese.... a bright, elegant and comfortable apartment measuring 210 square metres on two spacious floors.

The main entrance leads directly into the living area comprising a lounge and a dining room... there is also a fully-fitted kitchen, laundry room (with washing machine and ironing facilities), a comfortable bathroom in English style with a vintage designer bathtub and a characteristic loft with a sofa bed (DOUBLE BED) on the same floor.
A wooden staircase takes you down to the sleeping area comprising three rooms: two double rooms and another room with two single beds. The master bedroom has walk-in closet and an en suite bathroom with a shower, a whirlpool bath and a double sink.
There is a sofa bed in the second double bedroom (for an extra SINGLE BED, if needed).
The rooms all have wood flooring.
There is a third bathroom with a shower in the sleeping area.
